2. Services

WEPRO provides professional cleaning services, including deep house cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, office cleaning, upholstery cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning, bathroom sanitization, and post-construction cleaning. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, although we will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of significant changes.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. To book a service, you must provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, and preferred date/time of service. Bookings can be made via our website, email (info@weprocleaning.eu), or phone (+353-085-196-0967).

3.2. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as agreed. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified at the time of booking.

3.3. Prices are as outlined on our Pricing page and are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated prior to service delivery.

3.4. A cancellation fee of 50% may apply if a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. No fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure that the area to be cleaned is free of obstructions (e.g., personal belongings, pets).

4.2. You must inform us of any specific requirements, allergies, or hazards (e.g., pets, hazardous materials) prior to the service.

4.3. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of our staff while they are on your property. WEPRO is not liable for injuries or damages caused by unsafe conditions not disclosed by the client.

5. Service Delivery

5.1. We will perform services with reasonable care and skill, using eco-friendly products and advanced equipment.

5.2. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will address any issues by re-cleaning the area at no additional cost, provided the complaint is reasonable and related to the service provided.

5.3. We are not responsible for damages to property caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., worn-out carpets, fragile items) unless directly caused by our negligence.

6. Liability

6.1. WEPRO is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or client negligence.

6.2. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6.3. WEPRO is not responsible for items left unattended during cleaning (e.g., cash, jewelry). Clients are advised to secure valuable items prior to service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data (e.g., name, contact details) in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of WEPRO - Cleaning Services and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.
